Read carefully before registering for a tournament!

1. Cancellation Policy

Users can cancel their registration within 24 hours of payment. After this period, cancellations are not allowed.

If you cancel within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed according to the refund policy.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued if:

• The tournament is canceled by the organizer.
• Technical errors prevent participation.
• Unauthorized deductions were made from your account.

Refund Processing Time: 5-7 business days.

3. No Refunds in These Cases

Refunds will not be provided if:

• You were disqualified from the tournament.
• You voluntarily choose not to participate.
• You fail to show up for the tournament.

4. Dispute Resolution

If you believe you were unfairly denied a refund, contact our support team within 48 hours of the issue.
